HOME TRAINING CHALLENGE
Week 8 Grand Final Challenge = Relay Race
1. Complete your Relay Race in the quickest time. Time how long it takes for you to complete each drill.
2. Make 10 foul shots. If you don't have a ring, complete the lay-down shooting technique drill 30 times.
3. Complete 50 right hand dribbles and 50 left hand dribbles.
4. Complete 25 chest passes and 25 bounce passes (to a family member or against a wall)
5. Complete 10 push up and 10 sit-ups.
6. You can attempt each drill as many times as you like to record your best time.
7. Combine all your times together from the 4 drills to calculate your overall time.
8. The player who submits the best design will win the challenge & an additional 100 points! Every player entry receives 50 points.
9. Best action shot or video sent in will receive a bonus 25 points
